The kids are home from school, you're off work, you've got family in town - whatever it may be, winter break is a great time to explore downtown and all it has to offer! We've got plenty going on over the next week, take a look and plan some fun outings.

They started out as an order ahead/pick up service in 2017, participated at Lunch At Levis in the summer of 2019 and today they opened their restaurant doors. Leaf and Seed is downtown’s only vegan/vegetarian restaurant. In just a few, short years Leaf and Seed grew from a home kitchen, to a food truck, to a brick and mortar restaurant and downtown Toledo supporter.

With the rush of Black Friday behind us, we move to something a little calmer, but still just as exciting – Small Business Saturday! Downtown is full of great options and unique gifts.

The weekend before Thanksgiving is the unofficial kickoff to the holiday season in downtown. It’s jam packed with lots of holiday activity for the whole family to enjoy!

Skating along the riverfront is back again this year! One SeaSkate will begin operating to the public this Saturday, November 16 after the Blade Holiday Parade.

Downtown Toledo will soon have gone to the dogs! The very first Dog Daycare and Boarding facility is set to open in December.

You’ve seen the landscape of downtown change over this past year, come learn about those changes and future plans at the Downtown Toledo Annual Meeting. Join the Boards of ConnecToledo and the Downtown Toledo Improvement District in the McMaster Room at the Main Library on Thursday, November 7 at 4:30 PM.

Round up your little ghouls, goblins, vampires and monsters and get bewitched at the iHeartRadio Trunk or Treat Saturday, October 26! This spooktacular is free with activities going from 11 AM to 2 PM in Hensville.

Fall is finally here and with that change of season comes the end of Lunch At Levis. The weekly lunch time concert series will have its final date Thursday, September 26th with Katie’s Randy Cat playing Irish music. Lunch at Levis had 16 weekly Thursday concerts this year during lunch time (11:30 —1:30) in Levis Square Park.
