DTID Annual Meeting 2021

As a property owner within the Downtown Toledo Improvement District’s 2021 – 2025 boundaries, it is our pleasure to invite you to the 2021 Annual Meeting. The meeting will take place via two options on Tuesday, November 16th at 4:30 p.m.
1. In-person: Main Library, McMaster Room
2. Zoom: Please email Hannah Dearth if you are not comfortable attending in person and a link will be sent to you. HDearth@connectoledo.org

The annual election will take place for open seats on the DTID’s Board of Directors whose terms end on December 31, 2021. If you are interested in running for a board seat, please reach out so that we can begin the process. Enclosed is a copy of “Article III - Directors” of the Code of Regulations of DTID to apprise you regarding the procedure for nominating and electing directors.

From 5:00 p.m. – 5:30 p.m., Paul Toth, President of ConnecToledo will facilitate a conversation on the organization’s initiatives along with key property owners and stakeholders. The public is invited to attend this session. Refreshments will be served.
