Toledo Chefs Named in National Competition
Toledo is home to some pretty great food and some very talented chefs. It’s really no wonder that three of our downtown chefs have been nominated for Bon Appetite Magazine’s Fav Chef competition! The winner of the competition will be featured in Bon Appetite Magazine and will win a cash grand prize. We couldn’t be more proud to have such a strong showing.
Chef Aaron Lawson – Fowl & Fodder Downtown Toledo
Chef Lawson has created a truly unique and creative menu at this Adams St. favorite. His vision and innovation have driven people from Detroit, Ann Arbor, Columbus and Cleveland to Toledo just to try his creations at Fowl & Fodder.
Keitha West – HotBox Bistro
If you’ve tasted Chef West’s food, you know why she’s been nominated! Her delicious menu offers up items you can’t get anywhere else in downtown (hello alligator bites!) and totally packed with flavor.
Moussa Salloukh – Souk Mediterranean Kitchen & Bar
A step away from the Toledo Farmers’ Market is one of the hottest restaurants in Toledo. Chef Moussa has created a cozy ambiance with a masterful menu that leaves you coming back for more.
